    Illegal bird-hunting inspection teams have been sent to Hebei Province and Tianjin Municipality by the State forestry administration of China following reports that trammel nets as long as 10,000 meters are being used to capture birds, the Beijing Youth Daily reported Sunday.

    The inspection teams are a response to earlier reports of conservation volunteers finding illegal bird hunting activities in two large areas of Tianjin and Tangshan of Hebei Province in North China. The findings were reported during the week-long National Day Holiday, which also coincides with the birds migration season.

    报道中的trammel nets就是“三层刺网”，指一种通常用于捕鱼的网，共有三层，中间的一层松但网眼小，前后两层紧而网眼大，竖直立于水中。
