THE Backstreet Boys have joined the growing list of artists who don’t want Donald Trump to use their music in his presidential campaign.
On Wednesday, press outlets reported a Trump rally in Ocala played the Backstreet Boys’ hit “I Want It That Way” several times over its duration. This was apparently a new addition to the Trump campaign playlist and the boy band was not on board. “The Backstreet Boys did not approve this and we are not associated with the Trump camp,” the band’s publicity Steven Trachtenbroit told The Daily Beast.
BSB join The Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Aerosmith, The White Stripes, Adele, The O’Jays, Earth Wind & Fire and many more in requesting the Donald refrain from using their music.(SD-Agencies)
