TONI BRAXTON was once again hospitalized due to complications from lupus.

    The 49-year-old singer was set to perform in Cleveland, Ohio, on Saturday night, but was forced to postpone the show.

    A note was posted to her Twitter account early in the day Saturday, stating, “Toni Braxton was hospitalized this afternoon in Cleveland due to complications with her lupus. Unfortunately her show tonight in Cleveland will need to be postponed.”

    “Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour,” the statement continued, noting that tickets for the show will be re-honored at a later date.

    Fans were understandably concerned, but her rep told ET, “Toni Braxton was released from hospital this morning and is traveling to Chicago for tonight’s show. She is fine.”

    The “Un-Break My Heart” singer then proved she won’t let her illness hold her down. She shared a photo leaving the hospital and alongside a caption expressing her appreciation for her fans’ support and excitement about Sunday night’s show.

    Braxton’s last two shows in Detroit, Michigan, and Kansas City, Missouri, went off without a hitch, and she’s expected to continue on with her U.S. tour, barring any complications.

    Earlier this month, Braxton was hospitalized for similar issues stemming from her autoimmune disease.

    Though initial reports said that the mom of two had been hospitalized in serious condition, her rep denied these claims to ET. “She was not in serious condition, though lupus is a serious disease and must be monitored at all times,” the rep said.

    Braxton first revealed her ongoing battle with the disease to ET in April 2011 and was admitted to the hospital twice in 2012 for “health issues related to lupus & blood clots,” she told fans on Twitter.
