Vice Premier Wang Yang (C), accompanied by Shenzhen Party chief Ma Xingrui (3rd L), visits the Qianhai booth at the 1st International Industrial Capacity Cooperation Forum & the 8th China Overseas Investment Fair (COIFAIR), which opened Thursday in Beijing. The forum will settle in Qianhai permanently, starting next year.
