Spanish pianist Manolo Carrasco will collaborate with guitarist Adriano Lozano, cajon percussionist Jorge Manuel Masaedo and flamenco dancers Andoitz Ruibal and Maria Victoria Blanco to present “Sound From Spain,” a night of Spanish music and dances.
Carrasco is a prolific composer, pianist and conductor. He studied in various conservatoires, achieving high honors in composition, conducting as well as piano.
He has received multiple piano awards in Spain and France. The author of the music for “Real Escuela Andaluza de Arte Ecuestre,” he has released 33 albums in Spain and 20 in other countries. In 2015 he became the first Spanish artist ever to perform at Moscow’s Red Square and the Kremlin. He has toured and performed all over the world, achieving great success.
He is acclaimed by critics for his unimaginable technique, flawless execution, perfect dynamics and tension. His “Sound From Spain” consists of hits from Spanish flamenco and classical music. The program is a journey through the best Spanish music from the 19th century until today.
