2 ugly dogs are now best friends
    2016-11-10  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

WANG and Ozzy are frequently referred to as the “ugliest dogs people have ever seen” — but happily friendship is more than skin deep.

The duo were neglected and abandoned by their previous owners, and both suffer from neurological disorders, which make them anxious around humans.

But life is looking brighter for them after they were rescued by mother and daughter Carolina and Alejandra Avila, from Houston, Texas, the United States.

The Chinese Crested dog and Mexican Xolo are named after famous rock stars, and were rescued separately from an animal shelter and a local community organization.

Ozzy was taken from an animal hoarder who kept him in a crate with 140 other dogs, and his owner insists that Wang saved his life.

Carolina, 58, said, “I got Ozzy after Wang this year and he had very poor nutrition, plus he was missing half his teeth.

“The dogs quickly became best friends to the point that they now couldn’t live without each other. People always say they’re the ugliest dogs they have ever seen and I need to control their skin but they’re the most harmless and friendliest pooches in the world.”(SD-Agencies)
