The Ukrainian pantomime troupe Mimirichi will present their brand-new show in which they construct an enormous paper house and tear it down with the help of the audience.
It is a show that spreads joy and almost instantly turns the entire audience into a community as they join in a paper fight.
Dominated initially by a huge screen of paper behind which they play silhouette games populated with giants and monsters, the clowns quickly move on to some simple and brilliantly handled audience participation, before getting down to the main event — tearing down the giant screen and letting everyone play with the paper. It is amazing how quickly grown-ups revert to children given the chance to throw paper and make a huge mess.
