John Krasinski to narrate Disney’s ‘Born in China’
    2016-12-09  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

JOHN KRASINSKI is joining Disneynature’s “Born in China.”

The “13 Hours” star and filmmaker of “The Hollars” will narrate the nature film, which shares the stories of three animal families living in China’s vast terrain. Chinese filmmaker Lu Chuan directed the feature, produced by Disney’s Roy Conli and nature filmmakers Brian Leith and Phil Chapman.

The seventh theatrical Disneynature release zooms in on a panda bear mother who guides her growing baby, a 2-year-old golden monkey who feels displaced by his new baby sister, and a mother snow leopard who is raising her two cubs. The film will hit U.S. theaters April 22 — Earth Day.

“I’ve been a huge fan of the Disneynature films for a really long time,” said Krasinski in a statement. “I think I’ve seen them all a couple times and to be asked to be a part of something that I feel is not only so beautiful and such great storytelling, but is so important, I was honored to be a part of it. To find this unbelievable landscape that was far beyond the cities and the bustling crowds of the China that I thought I knew was just fascinating.”(SD-Agencies)
