ONE man may have found a way to avoid losing Apple’s expensive new wireless AirPods.

    Andrew Cornett, from New York, has come up with the perfect solution so he never loses his pair of the wireless earbuds, that cost a pricey US$69 to replace.

    Cornett has utilized the somewhat unusual design to hold the devices perfectly in place by putting them inside his stretched ear piercings.

    On Dec. 20, he took to Twitter to share a side profile photo of himself with the AirPods in his body jewelry.

    “Figured out how I’m gonna keep these AirPods from falling out of my ears,” Cornett captioned the photo.

    Cornett wrote that the AirPods just barely fit in.

    Since Apple released the AirPods a few months ago, many have criticized the tech company for how easy they could be lost compared to the old set of traditional headphones that came with the purchase of their cellphones.

    At the time, one Twitter user wrote: “Apple should make a ‘find my Airpods’ feature ... just sayin.’” Another person took to the site and wrote: “Not really worried about losing my US$169 AirPods, with the amount of people losing theirs, I should be able to find a spare or replacement.”(SD-Agencies)
