
An ethnic woman from Yunnan Province speaks to journalists about her first high-speed train experience on the first high-speed train leaving Kunming, capital of Yunnan, for Shanghai yesterday when the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed rail line was put into service. One of the world’s longest high-speed railways and China’s longest east-west high-speed railway, the line extends 2,252 kilometers to traverse the five provinces of Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guizhou and Yunnan.
