YEAR OF THE ROOSTER STAMPS UNVEILED

A staff member of a post office in Shijiazhuang, capital of North China’s Hebei Province, shows Year of the Rooster stamps Thursday. China Post released a set of Year of the Rooster Commemorative Stamps on the day. The 2.4-yuan (US$0.35) set includes two stamps created by famous artist Han Meilin, which have distinctive colors and rich folklore characteristics. The Chinese Year of the Rooster starts Jan. 28, 2017 and lasts until Feb. 15, 2018.Xinhua
