A man rides a Mobike Lite by a pile of app-based bikes randomly parked and occupying two thirds of the coastal road at Shenzhen Bay Park yesterday.

    Random parking of app-based bikes is becoming a problem on pedestrian roads and in parks. It could pose danger to riders when the park is overcrowded or at night. Official figures showed there are 120,000 app-based bikes in the city, and the number will increase to 210,000 later this month. Han Ximin
