My dearest Tong Tong,

    How are you? I am doing well. I go to school on the weekdays and attend Nathan’s English Club every Friday night. I really like my teachers. They are all so nice and fun to be around.

    How is your school? Are you happy? Soon it will be the Chinese New Year — the Spring Festival. What will you be doing? Will you be traveling? I am looking forward to eating delicious food and getting lots of lucky money. I love the holidays! What about you? Are you ready for the holiday season?

    I hope we can get together and play fun games and spend some time with each other. I really miss you and all the times we played together. I know if we meet up we will have a lot of fun, just like before. What do you think? I hope to see you soon.
