    ā'ěrtǎ nán

    Meaning: This term is the transliteration from the English term "alta male." While "alta," a Latin word, means "tall and big," this term was coined last year by Coach Magazine to describe a man who prioritizes balance, commitment and happiness over the more traditional signs of success.
