A few dozen app-based bicycles are locked up in a deserted shop on Caitian Road in Futian District. There have been reports over the past months of app-based bikes being sabotaged. It is suspected that the bikes were damaged by those who provide illegal taxi services at Metro stations. SD-Agencies
