A chopped tree near a bus station on Xinhe Boulevard in Buji Subdistrict, Longgang District. Branches of more than 10 trees along the road were chopped off during the Spring Festival. A witness said that the tree branches were stealthily chopped off at night by a nearby company during the Spring Festival holiday. The company reportedly chopped the trees to prepare for the construction of a parking lot. The case is being investigated.
