Volunteers help sort app-based bikes parked in Xiwan Park in Bao’an District on Monday. They helped rearrange bikes that had been randomly parked on the pedestrian roads and vehicle lanes, as well as those that blocked the park entrance. Illegal parking of app-based bikes has been an issue since the bikes became popular among residents after they were put into local market.
