ON Feb. 21, the 14th Tanzolymp Dance Competition was held in Berlin, Germany. Dream Dance Group from Shenzhen Meilin High School competed against dancers from Europe, Asia and South America, with more than a thousand top dancers and nearly 100 professional teams. Dream Dance Group stood out with dances “Anxiang” and “The Wings” and won second place in the competition.

    The Tanzolymp Dance Competition is a world-class professional dance event. The president of the European Dancers Association spoke highly of the performance and said to Liu Di, a teacher from the school that “you are the hope of Chinese dance and the pride of Chinese dancing.”

    After the competition, Meilin Middle School Dream Dance Group received praise from several national experts.

    Among them, a famous Korean dance master invited the dance group to participate in the final of an international dance competition which will be held in Seoul in June. Hungarian director Zsoltinho Bács invited the dance group to act as the leading actors in his upcoming film on dance.
