FUTIAN District is going to hold a jump roping contest March 25 and residents living in the district below the age of 65 are welcome to join.

    Held by the Public Culture and Sports Development Center of Futian District, this contest aims to bring citizens the charm of jump roping and an enthusiasm for sports.

    There are three categories of competitions ranging from a family category which requires cooperation between parents and children, an extreme category which will test your endurance and an entertainment category which is funnier and will require interesting forms of cooperation as a team.

    Participants should be less than 65 years old and will have to go through a medical examination to prove that they are healthy and free of any serious diseases, such as high blood pressure or heart disease. They are also required to buy personal accident insurance and assume the responsibilities of all accidents caused by themselves during the competition.
