Motorist detained for scratching 10 cars blocking his way
    2017-March-8  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE Nanshan District People’s Procuratorate approved the arrest of a car owner, who allegedly scratched 10 cars with his keys because they were blocking his way in a parking lot, the Shenzhen Evening News reported yesterday.

The motorist, identified only by his family name Fu, was outraged when he found that he couldn’t drive his car out of a parking lot near the Shekou Police Station in Nanshan District because other cars had blocked his way.

He scratched the 10 cars in the parking lot with a bunch of keys, causing the other car owners an economic loss of 7,048 yuan (US$1,022) in total.

According to the prosecutors, Fu should have let the parking lot’s management office handle the case, but his fury led him down the wrong path, and he ended up committing a crime.
