Longhua police apprehend theft suspects recently. Eight suspects in connection with 18 cases of theft were caught by the police March 4 following a nearly 20-day investigation. The suspects allegedly pickpocketed people by driving a van during morning and evening rush hours through some densely populated areas, including industrial parks and public parks. They could reportedly steal from their victims within just three seconds. SD-Agencies
