SHARING BIKES TO PROMOTE GREEN TRANSPORT
    2017-03-13  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Residents ride rented bikes in the Shenzhen Bay park in Nanshan District yesterday. An activity held by the city’s transport authority, police and green transport joint conference office was held in the park to encourage residents to use bike-sharing services to promote green transport and reduce vehicle emissions and congestion. So far, there are 150,000 bikes from bike-lending service Mobike and 95,000 bikes from its major rival, ofo, in service in Shenzhen. Bike-sharing services have sprung up in Shenzhen over the past year, recording an average of 2 million usages each day.Xinhua
