    Put up or shut up

    要么行动要么闭嘴

A: I bumped into Jane again at a party over the weekend. She's so cute!

B: You keep saying you're going to ask her out. Well, put up or shut up.

Note: If you say someone should put up or shut up, you mean that they should either take action in order to do what they have been talking about, or stop talking about it. The informal saying implies that one should either "put up his fists and fight, or shut his mouth up and be quiet." Usually this kind of advice comes after a dispute or grievance. The expression is said to have come from the game of boxing. Imagine boxers keep piling trash talk on their opponents until everyone gets tired of hearing any more of it and they say to the boxers: Put up or shut up.
