Two traffic police officers talk to a man who was leading a horse on a road in Dapeng New Area on Tuesday morning. The man was intercepted while riding the horse in a vehicle lane in the new area. He told the traffic police officers that he was riding the horse to work as traffic was congested in the area. The man left with his horse after learning that it was illegal to ride a horse in a vehicle lane.
