Police around Spanish Atletico Madrid’s team bus in Madrid, Spain, on Tuesday after explosions before the Champions League quarterfinal soccer match between Borussia Dortmund and AS Monaco in Dortmund, western Germany. Dortmund’s team bus was damaged and a player was injured following three explosions near the vehicle while it was on its way to its home stadium. Security was reviewed at all three of yesterday’s Champions Leagues games in Germany and Spain.
