SHENZHEN Airlines launched Easy Go yesterday, offering a door-to-door service package to its travelers.

The package provides 13 kinds of services including seat reservations, pick-ups, car parking, companions for children flying alone, quick security check, VIP lounge, VIP ferrying, QR boarding, hotel reservations and Internet surfing overseas, according to a product promotion held yesterday.

The airline said it would also add other service products such as travels to Hong Kong and Macao, joint air and rail services and an in-flight library this year.

The company also initiated a Customers Experience Officer program yesterday by inviting travelers to get involved in designing, improving and optimizing the company’s services and product designs.

“The Easy Go program is a service product that will guide the whole service process of Shenzhen Airlines. It will make travel simpler and offer a pleasant experience for air passengers,” said Wang Jie, vice president of the company, at the promotion meeting.

Over the past two decades, Shenzhen Airlines has developed a fleet of 180 aircraft and a turnover of 31 million passengers a year. It operates 600 flights a day on routes connecting 78 cities, including 12 overseas destinations.
