Man rescued from pit
    2017-May-3  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

Firefighters rescue a man from a deep hole early yesterday morning in Longhua District. The man fell into the 3-meter-deep pit at about 1 a.m. yesterday when he was walking past the construction site of a roadwork project in Minzhi. A heavy vehicle drove past the roadwork site before the man fell into the pit, a security guard at a nearby housing compound said. The victim, who is in his 20s, was conscious when firefighters arrived, but appeared to be in great pain because the lower part of his body was buried in mud, causing restricted blood flow. It took firefighters one and a half hours to rescue the man, who sustained minor injuries to his legs. SD-Agencies
