A mortar shell dug out by a worker surnamed Chen and his co-workers in Bao’an District on Sunday. The workers were working on a pipeline project at a construction site in Shiyan Subdistrict when their tools touched something hard, which turned out to be a 30-centimeter-long mortar shell.
