Piano recital by rising star Steven Lin

U.S. pianist Steven Lin will present Beethoven’s “Piano Sonata in E-flat Major, Op. 31, No. 3,” “Piano Sonata in C Major, Op. 53, No. 21,” Chopin’s “Nocturne in C-sharp Minor, Op. 27, No. 1,” “Mazurka in A Minor, Op. 17, No. 4” and “Mazurka in C-sharp Minor, Op. 50, No. 3,” and Liszt’s “Réminiscences de Don Juan, S. 418.”

A rising star in classical music, Lin was applauded by The New York Times for playing that was “immaculately voiced and enhanced by admirable subtleties of shading and dynamics.”

In 2012, Lin took first place at the Concert Artists Guild Victor Elmaleh Competition.
