The area, which is bordered by Binhai Boulevard, Shenwan No. 1 Road, Shenwan No. 2 Road, Baishi Road and Baishi No. 3 Road, was designated by the Shenzhen government as the super headquarters base in 2007. Headquarters, high-end office buildings and cultural facilities will be built in the 1.17-square-kilometer area.
According to the city’s development plan, the area will be developed in nine sections, and the total output value is expected to reach 50 billion yuan when it is put into use at the end of 2020.
