I had an eye opening trip that I would love to tell you all about! I went to Europe for 10 days during the winter holiday. I visited Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris, Brussels and Switzerland. Each was unique in a beautiful way. However, my favorite places were Paris and Switzerland.

Paris is a fancy city. As everyone knows, the Eiffel Tower is a landmark for both France as a country and Paris as a city. The Louvre is also a popular place to visit. It is a wonderful museum filled with important art pieces. One of the world’s most famous paintings, the “Mona Lisa,” is exhibited at the Louvre. Unfortunately, visitors of the Louvre aren’t permitted to get very close to this famous painting.

When I was in Switzerland I visited Mont Blanc which is a famous mountain in Switzerland. My family and I climbed to the top of the beautiful mountain. The snow on the peak was very soft and white. I liked the feeling of being up high and being surrounded by beautiful and peaceful scenery.

Although my trip to Europe was only 10 days long, it will remain in my mind forever.
