“Unbroken,” a 2014 war film produced and directed by Angelina Jolie, will be shown free of admission.

Written by the Coen brothers, Richard LaGravenese, William Nicholson and based on the 2010 non-fiction book “Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption” by Laura Hillenbrand, the film revolves around the life of U.S. Olympian and athlete Louis “Louie” Zamperini, portrayed by Jack O’Connell. Zamperini survived in a raft for 47 days after his bomber crash landed in the ocean during World War II and then was sent to a series of prisoner of war camps.
