Man falls for loan fraud
    2017-July-21  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

A VICTIM surnamed Wen was forced to take out a hefty bank loan in a loan fraud scheme, according to a SZTV report.

Wen met a person from a loan company, identified as Ah Wen, in March, who guaranteed a car with a Shenzhen license plate for zero down payment after discovering that Wen intended to buy a car. Wen solicited Ah Wen’s help with the car loan procedures and he signed his name on the contracts.

Wen said the bank loan was approved and the car was picked up by Ah Wen, but when he tried to call Ah Wen to get the car, he received no response.

Lawyers suggested that Wen file a lawsuit to prevent further losses as Ah Wen’s actions suggested consumption fraud.
