B-EXPO, or Bao’an Industry Development Expo, is being held at Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian’s CBD area, bringing the latest products and technologies to visitors.

The exhibition, held through Saturday, is the second session of this annual event aiming to display Bao’an’s industries and promote its quality business environment. It’s organized by the Bao’an District Government, Bao’an Economic Cooperation and Promotion Bureau and Shenzhen Logistics and Supply Chain Management Association.

The organizers hope the expo will help attract more companies and talents to settle in Bao’an, where the government is offering favorable policies to companies and organizations. The expo will also serve as a platform to integrate and share industrial resources.

With “Coastal Bao’an, a Dynamic Industrial Town” as its theme, this year’s event occupies an exhibiting area of 37,500 square meters, divided into 31 blocks and is 30 percent larger than last year’s session.

Two halls, 31 blocks

There is also an area where exhibitors and buyers can negotiate business and three blocks where visitors can try out the new gadgets and technologies.

A 7,500 square meter area in Hall 6 of the exhibition center helps to promote Bao’an’s image as a livable town abound in business opportunities. The booths will feature the district’s award-winning companies, financial industry, industry service platforms, future plans for intelligent manufacturing, infrastructural upgrade, urban planning, environmental protection, medical services, education and public parks.

Apart from the two halls, 13 sub-venues are set up in Bao’an, featuring exhibitions and interactive events for audiences.

More than 400 companies are bringing their latest products and services to the B-Expo, specializing in manufacturing, commerce, e-commerce, logistics and supply chain management.
