A CAR carrying an expectant mother was escorted by police motorcycles to a hospital in Longgang District Aug. 10.
The car was stuck in a traffic jam on Jihua Road at around 8 a.m. Aug. 10 when the expectant mother became in need of emergency treatment as her water broke.
Thanks to the police’s help, other cars on the road gave the right-of-way to the car, and it arrived at the hospital in seven minutes, although the ride usually takes at least 30 minutes during rush hours.
