A green turtle is seen after being released into Dapeng Bay on Monday. Three anti-smuggling officers found the turtle trapped in shallow water among rocks in Nan’ao, Dapeng New Area, on Sunday during their patrol and discovered it was an endangered species. Fishery administration employees then took the 40-cm-long, 10-kg turtle to their office for observation and released it into the sea after the impact from a recent typhoon had faded.  Luo Shuxing
