CPI increases THE city’s CPI in September rose by 1.5 percent over the same period last year, according to the latest statistics from the Shenzhen survey team of the National Statistics Bureau. Prices for non-food products and consumer goods rose by 1.9 percent and 1.2 percent, respectively, and prices in the service sector rose by 2 percent. Compared with August, the CPI rose by 0.5 percent.
