日产推出可自动归位的拖鞋 Nissan has developed a new range of self-tidying slippers. Using the same ProPilot Park system that is in Nissan’s self-driving cars, the smart shoes have built-in* sensors, a motor and a concealed* set of wheels. With this technology, the traditional slippers can automatically tidy themselves away into a pre-determined arrangement at the push of a button. In an impressive display in Hakone, Japan, the slippers arranged themselves in a perfect line by the entrance. As well as whizzing around independently, they successfully avoided crashes and bumps into one another and other pieces of furniture. The sensors built-in to the slippers prevent this from happening, and the motor even has a reverse option, meaning the slippers all line up in the same alignment. As well as slippers, in the guest room, cushions and tables were also installed with the same technology. Selected guests experience the technology this month and it is also hoped to reduce staff load. While the space-age* lounge wear may appeal to both the clean-freaks and the lazy, it sadly will not be available to customers. A Nissan spokesman, Nick Maxfield, said: “The self-parking slippers are meant to raise awareness of automated driving technologies, and their potential, non-driving applications.”(SD-Agencies) |
