Science and technology museum built in Futian
    2018-06-09  08:53    Shenzhen Daily

THE signing of the Futian•Skyland Future Science and Technology Museum was held at the Science and Technology Week launch ceremony at Skyland, a futuristic science and technology museum at SEG One City, on May 19.

The Futian Science and Technology Association signed an agreement with Shenzhen SEG One City to build the Futian•Skyland Future Science and Technology Museum, and Southern University of Science and Technology signed a framework agreement with Shenzhen SEG One City Co. to build a scientific and technological achievements demonstration center.

Futian•Skyland Future Science and Technology Museum was given the mantle of “Shenzhen Science Education Base” by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Association and called a “Shenzhen Child-Friendly Practice Base” by the Shenzhen Working Committee on Children and Women.

As a special science and technology museum designated by Futian District, Futian•Skyland Future Science and Technology Museum will serve as a demonstration of science and a volunteer service station to the public.

Due to limited capacity, the museum will be open to the public but requires advanced reservations. Citizens will be able to experience many multimedia interactive contents, immersive light and shadow interaction, artificial intelligence, VR and MR technology.

The Science and Technology Week, held from May 19 to 26, was replete with rich experiences and a wide array of features. Chen Xiaochun)
