Come along to Savour, a massive food festival held in the beautiful OCT Harbor. Come and taste some delicious and creative food as well as meet celebrity chefs, taste amazing wines and have a great time with family and friends!

Food lovers can look forward to tantalizing their taste buds with a wide range of gourmet delights at the MMI Savour Gourmet Festival 2018. You will experience cuisine from six Michelin-starred restaurant chefs from around the world, celebrity chefs from five-star hotels in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, and indulge in signature desserts from renowned Australian pastry chefs.

In addition to the wide array of gourmet dishes, the festival will offer the opportunity for foodies and sports fans to unite while they immerse in an exhilarating dining and World Cup live viewing experience.

The six Michelin-starred chefs are Alvin Leung and his Bo Innovation team from Hong Kong, French chef Florian Favario from Celeste in Britain, Belgian chef Emmanuel Stroobant from Saint Pierre in Singapore, Singaporean chef Douglas Tay from Osia Restaurant, Swiss chef Reto Lampart from Lampart’s and French chef Nicolas Isnard from L’Auberge de la Charme.

In 2012, CNN Travel listed Savour Gourmet Festival as one of the world’s best food festivals.
