外管局周五公布，今年一季度中国经常帐户逆差341亿美元，这是自1998年披露季度国际收支数据以来我国经常项目收支第二次逆差，上次为2001年二季度的9亿美元。请看本报昨日的报道：

China on Friday posted a final current account deficit of US$34.1 billion for the first quarter of 2018, the first deficit since early 2001.

The final figure compared with a preliminary deficit of US$28.2 billion, the foreign exchange regulator said in a statement.

The quarter’s current account deficit was equivalent to 1.1 percent of gross domestic product and is still within a reasonable range, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange said.

报道中的current account就是“经常账户”，是一个国家国际收支平衡表的组成部分，另一个部分是capital account (资本账户)，国际收支中的经常账户是指贸易收支的总和（商品和服务的出口减去进口），加上境外投资净收益，然后减去转移支付（例如外国援助），贸易状况的变化是经常账户的主要影响因素。
