Pop singer and actress Karen Mok will give her solo concert Saturday in town.

She has won the Golden Melody Award three times, has released over 20 solo CDs and has acted in over 40 movies.

Mok attended United World College of the Adriatic near Trieste, Italy from 1987 to 1989, and majored in Italian literature when studying at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Mok voiced for Princess Kida in the Cantonese dub of Walt Disney’s “Atlantis: The Lost Empire” (2001) and played the female lead of Mimi in the 10th anniversary Asian tour of the hit Broadway musical “Rent” in 2005 and 2006. In 2016 and 2017, she starred in two reality TV productions, “Up Idol” on Hunan Satellite TV and “The Next” on Dragon Television.
