Some 155 photos, including 100 selected from entrants into a photo competition and 55 historical photos of Bao’an’s transportation facilities, were displayed between Sept. 29 and Oct. 15 at the Bao’an Road Administration Center office building. In 1987, the first public bus was put into operation in then-Bao’an County. Today, 266 routes of buses and three Metro lines serve citizens in the district. In 1980, there were 553.9 km of roads running through the district; that has grown to 1,495.4 km this year. Here are some of the photos from the exhibition.(SD News)
