THE Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) is the CIIE’s organizer for Germany and encourages German enterprises to showcase their competitive products and services through the new platform.

The CIIE will be an opportunity and an important gateway for German companies to enter the Chinese market, said Thomas Koenig, DIHK director for East Asia.

According to Koenig, there will be a total of 170 German companies participating in this year’s CIIE. The German pavilion will highlight new technology, ideas and products relevant to the Chinese market.
