This photo shows the surroundings of a residential building where eight people were killed and three more injured in a fire early yesterday in Xishan District of Kunming, capital city of Yunnan Province. The fire broke out at about 1:58 a.m. in the building for rural residents and directly killed five, according to the district’s publicity department.
