The award has become a new index and platform for analyzing the business environment in China. At the event, Liu Min’an, director of the government affairs service center in Futian District, delivered a keynote speech entitled: “Futian’s exploration and practices in administrative approval and government affairs services against the backdrop of Internet plus.” Experts think that Futian has performed well in its initial transformation of government functions by streamlining administration and delegating power to lower levels, innovating supervision measures, enhancing public trust in government and executive powers, and creating a transparent and efficient business environment. Leaders from Futian District suggested that Futian ramp up efforts to become the front-runner in creating quality business environments due to its fundamental role in furthering high quality development. Moreover, the award provides a great opportunity to deepen reform to optimize the city’s business environment, enable enterprises and people to spend less time doing more things in a more convenient way and forge new advantages for the Futian business environment.
