AFTER about eight months of dating, Heidi Klum and Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz are engaged to be married.

The “America’s Got Talent” judge, 45, announced her engagement to the musician, 29, on her Instagram account early this week.

“I SAID YES,” Klum captioned a black-and-white photo of the two happily embracing.

The couple, who are both German, reportedly met through Germany’s “Next Top Model” and were later spotted kissing on the set of “America’s Got Talent” in March. They made their public debut as a couple at the Cannes amfAR Gala in May.

Klum is the mother to four children — daughters Lou, 9, and Leni, 14, and sons Johan, 12, and Henry, 13. The supermodel, her kids and Kaulitz recently spent part of the weekend at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.
