The 2019 Guanlan River International Dragon Boat Race was held in Longhua District on May 21. Fifty-six teams from home and abroad vied for medals in the three-day race, which was held to mark the Dragon Boat Festival that falls on this Friday. The team from rice wine maker Jiujiangshuangzheng won the championship. It has been a tradition to hold dragon boat races on the river for 170 years, and the Guanlan River International Dragon Boat Race was initiated in 2012. |
