六国学生相约鹏城探讨全球经济背景下的挑战和创新 Nearly 40 students from six countries gathered in Shenzhen University (SZU) recently to discuss the topic of “challenges and innovations in the context of the global economy” at the Ninth International Students’ Forum. This year marks the second time that SZU has hosted the forum. As international exchanges are vital to SZU’s development, participating in international forums is a normal practice for the university, said Li Li, dean of the College of Business Management at SZU. Through Belt and Road policies, the SZU has received doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers from Belt and Road countries, and in the future, it will continue to invite higher education institutes from these countries to such international forums, said Li. On August 26, the forum attendees visited Huawei’s Shenzhen headquarters to learn about Huawei’s development, its vision for the future and 5G, including the development and values of the technology.
