SHIYAN Subdistrict honored 17 entrepreneurs for their outstanding contributions to the three major land expropriation and demolition projects being conducted in the subdistrict at a meeting, the Bao’an Daily reported.

Three projects involve the construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 13, a high-speed railway between Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province and Shenzhen and Shiqing Boulevard.

Support from enterprises is needed as the land requisition and demolition projects have to be completed in a limited time frame, requiring a heavy workload that involves seven industrial parks and 107 properties covering 123,000 square meters, according to the report.

Xintaiyang industrial park took the initiative to release the contracts with its tenants even when the compensation package had yet to come out.

It was also mentioned at the meeting that the three projects will optimize the transport network, which will further help enterprises recruit talents and introduce new technologies.
